My engraved darts have been canceled, why is this?

When we have to cancel an order with engraved darts, there can be several reasons.

In some cases, the order for the engraving has been received, but the actual darts have not been added to the order. Without darts, we cannot perform the engraving.

It also often happens that customers order darts that are not suitable for engraving. This can happen, for example, when there is not enough space on the barrel to neatly apply the design.

Furthermore, it can occur that we have received both the darts and the engraving, but that no design has been added via the personalization screen. In that case, we always contact you first to receive the missing design.


If we do not receive a response within the set period, the order will be automatically canceled and the full purchase amount refunded.
