Defective product? We are happy to help!

At Dartshopper, you have a 2-year (24 months) warranty, counted from the invoice date.
What to do in case of a defect within 24 months?
Are you experiencing a problem with your product(s), and did you purchase it less than 24 months ago?
We will first assess, based on the visual material you provide, whether the defective part can be repaired or replaced.
If that is not possible, we will offer you a suitable solution.
Please note: the warranty only applies to manufacturing defects.
Below, you can read exactly what is and is not covered.
