In most cases, and depending on the carrier chosen and the country of delivery, all mail is delivered within 2-9 business days. However, it can happen that an order is delayed during the carrier's sorting process. Carriers do their utmost to deliver delayed shipments within five business days.

Was your order delivered later than indicated? That is of course unfortunate. Sometimes the carrier can be busier than usual, for example around holidays or during peak periods. Since we as the sender depend on external carriers, it is unfortunately not possible to reimburse shipping costs in case of delivery delays.
