When you are unable to accept your parcel upon delivery, in most cases it either gets delivered to your neighbours or will be handed over to a local parcel shop.
In rare cases, your parcel will automatically be returned to us.
The status of your delivery should aways be visible in the tracking code you received from us through the mail.
Were you not at home at the time of, but does the tracking still show your parcel has been delivered delivered? Chances are the carrier left your package on your front porch or close to your front door.
If the tracking status shows as delivered, but you did not receive your order upon checking, always check with your neighbours or anyone else within your household first before contacting our support team.
