Returns and refund requests
Do you want to return your product because you changed your mind?
That is, of course, no problem! At Dartshopper, you get no less than a 30-day cool-off period. That should be enough time to decide, right?
Using this reflection period and returning your product is very easy. For a full refund*, it is important that the items are returned in original condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
Note: personalized items, such as printed shirts or printed flights, cannot be returned.
Read below exactly how the return process works and which conditions apply.
|
Step 1: Register your return via our returns portal. Click here and enter your order number and email address and follow the steps. |
|
Step 2: Prepare your return for shipment. Pack the products neatly in the envelope or box in which you received the shipment. If you no longer have it, use another sturdy packaging. |
|
Step 3: Take your package to a parcel point. Take your package to the parcel point and keep your shipping receipt safe until we have fully processed the return! You will automatically receive an email once we have processed your return. |
|
Step 4: Receive the full refund*. You will receive your full refund* of the returned products back to your account, credit card, or pay later account. |
Note! Do not just send a return to us without registering your return. This way you prevent your return from getting lost.
* Full refund
