Do you want to return your product(s) because you changed your mind? This is of course a possibility.
At Dartshopper, you have a cool-off period of 30 days. This should be more than plenty, right?
Making use of the cool-off period and returning your goods is quite easy. For a full refund, it is essential that the products in question are returned in their original state, and if possible, in the original and undamaged packaging. Keep in mind that custom products like personalized shirts and flights cannot be returned and that returns containing custom products will not be accepted.
Below, you can find the instructions on how to register your returns and the return conditions.
Step 1: Register your return through our returns portal. Click here to enter your ordernumber (starting with ORDEU) and your e-mail address, and simply follow the steps. |
Step 2: Make your return ready for shipment. Make sure to place the goods you want to return correctly into the packaging material you received them in. Do you no longer have the original shipping box? Then we urge you to use alternative but firm packaging instead. |
Step 3: Bring your package to a local parcel shop. Bring your package to the correct parcel shop near you. The type of postal carrier is indicated on the label you purchased. Once handed over, make sure to hold on to the shipping confirmation you receive from the store until your return is being processed by us. |
Step 4: Receive a full refund*. Once your returned goods are inspected and accepted, you will automatically receive a full refund which is processed through the payment method used to place your order with. |
Please note! Don't ship items you want to return directly to us without first registering them. This will ensure a safer and smoother returns procedure, which in turn will lead to a faster refund.
