Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Delivery timeframes are automatically calculated during checkout and shown for each shipping option.
Late Delivery
Has your order arrived later than expected? That’s unfortunate, and we understand it can be frustrating. Sometimes, carriers may experience delays due to high volumes. In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding. Please note that shipping costs cannot be reimbursed or refunded.
Not Delivered or Tracking Delays
Does your tracking information show that your order has been shipped but hasn’t updated for more than 5 days?
Or does it show as “delivered” even though you haven’t received your package?
