There is a problem or damage to the received item
Have you received one or more products that were damaged during transport, or have you received an incorrect product? That is of course very unfortunate, and we are happy to help you as quickly as possible with a solution.
What you need to do

Immediately take clear photos of the relevant product(s).
Make sure the damage is clearly visible.
If possible, also take a photo of the packaging and the shipping label.

Contact our customer service via the contact form.
In the form, you can already add a photo as an attachment (at the bottom).
After submitting the form, you will receive an email from us asking for more visual material if needed to better assess the damage.
As soon as we have received the photos, our customer service will assess the damage, and you will receive an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
Important information
Do not throw away damaged or incorrectly delivered products!
It may be necessary for us to receive the item back to assess the damage or to exchange the product.Keep the product and packaging until you have heard from us about the next steps.
If the product is no longer in your possession and you cannot provide photos or proof, we unfortunately cannot process the report further.
