Orders in which personalized items have been ordered take a little longer before they can be shipped. This is because they first have to be printed and only then are they packed and shipped. If there are multiple items in the order, they will all be shipped together. The processing time of personalized items may differ and is indicated on the product page. Be advised that the processing time for personalized items is excluded from the general estimated delivery time which is portrayed separately on our site.
