Changing the shipping address

Did you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address when ordering and want to change it? You can easily do this via our chatbot (at the bottom of the page).

Please note that making an address change may slightly delay the processing of your order. You will receive updates about the status of your order via email.

Note: please clearly provide the address change in the following format:

Address + house number (if applicable)
Postal code + city/region

If this information is not provided correctly or completely, processing may be further delayed.

Because we process orders quickly, it is possible that your order has already been shipped before the change can be applied. In that case, unfortunately, we can no longer change the address. Of course, you can still make use of your right of withdrawal.

We are responsible for delivery to the address provided by the customer. If the package is delivered to the address you entered (but which is incorrect), we and the carrier can no longer be held liable for this.
