Changing personalized items

Have you placed an order with personalized items and would like to make a change? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

It may be that the print shop has already started production of the personalized item, making changes no longer possible. In that case, unfortunately, we cannot process the change.

Would you like to change another product that is not personalized but is in the same order? Please also inform our customer service as soon as possible.

Note: implementing a change cannot be guaranteed.
