Personalized products, such as engraved darts, printed flights, shafts, or surrounds, cannot be returned.
Has your personalized product been delivered with a production defect? Then contact our customer service directly for an appropriate solution, and don't forget to send a clear photo of your complaint so that we can assess it.
Note: You are responsible for providing the correct texts, images, and designs that need to be printed or engraved.
On the product page, you will find the specific guidelines your design must meet.
If the submitted files deviate from these, the responsibility lies with the customer.
