Darts tips and tricks

How high should the board hang and from what distance should I throw?

A dartboard is hung correctly when the center of the bullseye is at 173 cm from the ground. The official throwing distance is 237 cm from the throwing line (oche) to the front of the dartboard.

Many people find it difficult to place the oche exactly at the right distance. Therefore, you can also measure diagonally from the bullseye to the position of the oche.
For this diagonal measurement, the distance between the center of the bullseye and the throwing line should be 293 cm.
