Receiving your gift card
The Dartshopper Gift Card is always sent digitally by email to the email address you provided.
No physical gift card is sent by post.
So you will find the gift card in your mailbox.
Did you not receive the email? Then also check your spam or junk mail folder, sometimes the email can end up there.
Did you choose to have the gift card sent directly to someone else?
Let that person know that an email from Dartshopper is on its way and that it may end up in the spam folder.
The email contains a unique gift card code, which the recipient can easily use during checkout in our webshop.
If you, or the person to whom you had the gift card sent, still cannot find the email with the code, please feel free to contact us via the contact form or via the chatbot.
It is possible that a typo was made when entering the email address.
