Change shipping address
Did you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address while ordering and want to change it?
This can easily be done via our chatbot (at the bottom of the page).
Please note that changing your address may delay the processing of your order by up to one business day. You will receive an email update once the change has been processed.
Address changes can only be submitted via the chatbot and are only completed once our customer service has confirmed it. It may therefore happen that your order is already in the processing stage when you request the change, even if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.
If you use the contact form, we cannot guarantee that the change can still be made in time due to the fast logistics process.
If the order has already been shipped, you can of course use your right of return after receipt.
