Dartshopper provides 1 year warranty on electronic products.

Do you think your product is defective or needs to be reset? Then please contact our customer service.
When doing so, describe the problem as clearly as possible and if possible, add photos or videos. This way we can help you faster and better.

For some electronic products, it may be necessary to contact the manufacturer directly. This is the case for more advanced products such as Granboards or camera systems. The manufacturer often has a special technical department that can read faults remotely, allowing the problem to be resolved more quickly.

When this applies, our customer service will give you clear instructions about the next steps.
