Converting your account to a business account

When you are logged into our website, you can easily convert your existing account to a business account. You do this via the account settings. Once you mark your account as business, additional input fields will appear where you can enter your VAT number and other company details.

By filling in these details, your order will automatically be processed as a business order. This ensures that your invoice is correctly prepared with the appropriate company information and VAT details.
 

Note: make sure your details are correct before ordering. We cannot change invoices afterwards.

After completing your order, you will receive an invoice by email from us.
Note: we cannot prepare or send invoices in advance. The invoice is automatically generated after placing and processing your order.

Important for business customers

Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that you cannot make use of the right to return or cancel as with private purchases, unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake in the delivery.
