With a gift voucher, the recipient can choose one or more products from our web shop. This gift voucher is available in different prices and can be used as a means of payment for all our products in the web shop.

As soon as you have ordered and paid for the gift voucher, you will receive an email with a unique code. You can forward this directly to someone or you can choose to print the receipt.

Available in the following options: €5, €10, €15, €20, €25, €30, €35, €50, €75 and €100

Conditions:

The amount on the gift voucher must be spent in one go.
Gift vouchers cannot be used for second chance products.
Gift vouchers cannot be used for open orders.
Gift vouchers or their residual value cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the total amount of the order is higher than the value of the Gift Voucher used, the difference must be paid with one of the other payment methods.
Gift vouchers are only sent by email, no physical gift voucher

After receiving the gift voucher, you can enter the code when you go to the order page (at checkout). There you enter the code and then the code of the gift voucher is automatically deducted as a ''discount'', the total amount of the gift voucher is divided over each product in the order. If an amount remains open on each product as a result, this must be paid at the end of the payment process and you can see on the invoice that you have still paid an amount for each product.

If you want to return (part of) your order after you have paid with a gift voucher? Then register your order return here as you normally would. In the meantime, please also contact customer service. A note can then be made that as soon as your order is returned to us, the money from the gift voucher will be refunded to the gift voucher.

In principle, a discount code works the same. You must enter the discount code in one of the last steps of the ordering process. The rules of discount codes are the same and cannot be used in conjunction with a gift card or other discount. You can obtain a discount code through our bonus points system with which you save on bonus points or special offers that you will receive by email from us.
