Can I still modify my order?

Change items or quantity

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an order afterwards. Did you forget to add something or have you changed your mind? Then we kindly ask you to contact us via the chatbot to cancel the order. This is sometimes possible if the package has not yet entered the processing phase.

Once you have received a confirmation from our customer service that the order has been cancelled, you can place a new order yourself.

Tip: Always check your shopping cart carefully before placing the order to make sure that all desired items and quantities have been added.
