The order was sent to the wrong address. What should I do now?

Address change after placing an order

Did you accidentally provide the wrong address? Then, as soon as possible after placing your order, request an address change via our chatbot.

Is your order already in the processing phase, and can it no longer be canceled? Then we can no longer stop the delivery. In that case, there are two possibilities:

 

1. Non-existent address provided
Did you provide an address that does not exist, for example, due to an error in the house number or postal code?
In most cases, the package will then be automatically returned to the sender. As soon as we receive the package back, you will receive a refund once our returns department has processed it.

 

2. Existing (but incorrect) address provided
Did you provide an old or alternative address that is not your own address, and has your order already been processed?

  • In most cases, you can request an address change directly with the carrier via the tracking.

  • Is this not possible? Then you will have to wait and see if the recipient at the address you provided refuses the package.

  • Is the package still delivered? Then you will have to pick up the package yourself at the provided address. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything for you in this case; the carrier cannot pick up the package again.
