Delivery Problems

My order status shows "delivered," but I have not received anything yet. What should I do now?

Sometimes it can happen that an order has already been scanned by the delivery person, but has not actually been delivered yet. Often the package is then delivered the next day, or possibly left with the neighbors. Therefore, always wait at least 24 hours after receiving the email with the status ‘delivered’ and also check with your neighbors if they might have accepted the package.

If the order is still not delivered after this period, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, so we can immediately start an investigation with the carrier.
