When your return shipment has been delivered to us according to the tracking information, we have 14 days to check and assess your return and, provided it meets the return conditions, to refund the amount.
Waiting for your refund
Have you not received a refund after 14 days? First, carefully check your bank or payment statement. It may be that the refund has already been processed, but you have overlooked it.
Because we work with different payment methods and our company name may not be immediately visible in the transaction, we advise searching for the amount to be refunded. You can then find our name on the bank statement.
If you really have not received a refund after 14 days or your invoice is still outstanding, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you.
