Have you placed an order but are not exactly sure what the status of your order means before or after we ship it? Below you will find a brief explanation of the three possibilities:

1. Picking it right now
   This means your order is being processed in our warehouse. The items are being collected and then packed.

2. Shipped
   This means your order has been packed and shipped. Through the link, you can open the track & trace page and see when your order will be delivered. Additionally, you will also receive an email from the carrier itself with the status of your package.

3. Waiting for stock (backorder)
   This means that one or more items from your order are currently not in stock. Your order will be shipped as soon as all items from your order are available in our warehouse.
