When choosing delivery by Royal Mail when placing your order, please make sure you have your delivery preferences set correctly in your personal Royal Maill app.
If you do not have the Royal Mail app on your phone, we strongly recommend downloading it in order to check or uncheck the 'Safeplace' delivery option, which is checked by default.
This means that Royal Mail will automatically leave your package in a safeplace around your house by default, regardless of the location, unless you manually choose otherwise.
If there is a problem with the delivery and a safeplace has been “chosen” (the option that is set by default), we are unable to initiate an investigation with Royal Mail as the customer is responsible for checking or unchecking this delivery option.
