Item out of stock, what now?

Product availability

When an item is out of stock, this is indicated on our website. On the product page, a message appears with “Temporarily sold out”. Through this pop-up, you can leave your email address for the desired variant. As soon as the item is back in stock, you will automatically receive a message from us.

Some items have a longer delivery time, so it may take a while before they are available again. Sometimes we proceed directly to a refund, for example, when the delivery of the product takes too long or when a product is no longer incoming.

 

Email about product availability

You may receive an email stating that one or more items from your order are not available. In this email, we explain the issue and offer appropriate solutions.

We only dispatch the order once we have received a response from you, or when the order can be shipped completely in the meantime.
