Defective product? We are happy to help!
Have you purchased a product from us that is defective? Don't worry, we are ready to assist you.
At Dartshopper, you have a 2-year (48-month) warranty, counted from the invoice date.
What to do in case of a defect within 48 months?
Are you experiencing a problem with your product(s), and did you purchase them less than 24 months ago?
We will first assess, based on the visual material you provide, whether the defective part can be repaired or replaced.
If that is not possible, we will offer you a suitable solution.
Please note: the warranty only applies to manufacturing defects.
Below, you can read exactly what is and is not covered.
When do we accept your warranty claim?
We accept your warranty request within 2 years after the invoice date when:
The product has been used according to the instructions for use, and no excessive actions have been taken that caused the defect (such as damage due to misuse).
You provide evidence showing that it is a manufacturing defect.
-
The product shows problems during normal use that you, as a user, cannot resolve yourself.
In exceptional cases, you may need to contact the supplier directly.
If this applies, you will always receive clear instructions from us on how to do so.
When does a defect not fall under the warranty?
The warranty does not apply when:
You have repaired or altered the product yourself or had it done by others.
(Replacing dart points is not included here.)The product has been exposed to abnormal conditions, handled carelessly, or used contrary to the instructions for use.
The defectiveness is (partly) the result of government regulations regarding the nature or quality of materials used.
You have previously made a warranty claim for the same product. The warranty period always starts on the invoice date of the original order and is not extended upon replacement.
You cannot provide or provide insufficient evidence to demonstrate the defect. We reserve the right to request this evidence before approving a claim.
