Tracking information may temporarily not update, even if your order is already with the carrier.
If you have received a shipping confirmation from us, this means we have actually handed over your parcel to the carrier. We proactively monitor all shipments and continuously push carriers such as DPD and Royal Mail to process backlogs as quickly as possible.
What can you do?
We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking link. As soon as the carrier performs a new scan, the tracking information will update automatically.
