• Your order number

Then click ‘Track order’. You will then see the current status of your order.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation you received by email after placing your order.

If you cannot find the order confirmation straight away, also check your spam or junk email folder.

My order cannot be found

First, check whether:

• You are using the correct email address;
• The order number has been entered correctly;
• You have not entered any extra spaces.
