In most cases, all mail is delivered within three business days from the moment we ship it from our warehouse. However, it can happen that an order is delayed during the carrier's sorting process. Carriers do their utmost to deliver delayed shipments within five working days.

Was your order delivered later than indicated? That is, of course, unfortunate. Sometimes the carrier can be busier than usual, for example, around holidays or during peak periods. Because we as the sender depend on external carriers, it is unfortunately not possible to refund shipping costs in case of delivery delay.
