I have received a defective product, what should I do now?

There is a problem or damage to the received product

Have you received a product that was damaged during transport, or has the wrong item been delivered? That is, of course, very unfortunate, and we are happy to assist you as quickly as possible.

To resolve this properly, we ask you to immediately take clear photos showing the damage or the wrong product.
Then contact our customer service via the contact form.

Please note: it is not possible to upload photos in the form. After you have completed the form, we will contact you by email and ask you to send the photos afterwards. Based on these images, we will arrange a suitable solution as soon as possible.
 

Important:

Do not throw away damaged or wrongly delivered products.
It may be necessary for us to receive the item back to assess the damage ourselves or to exchange the product.
If you can no longer provide photos or proof because the product is no longer available, unfortunately, we cannot assist you further.
