Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 10:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Delivery to the UK usually takes 1–4 business days via standard carriers, though it may take a little longer during busy periods.

Delayed Delivery

Is your order arriving later than expected? We understand that this can be frustrating. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur when carriers experience high volumes. We kindly ask for your understanding. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded in these cases.

Missing Order or Tracking Delay

Does your tracking information show that your order has been shipped but hasn’t updated for more than 5 days?
Or does it show as “delivered” even though you haven’t received anything?
