Status updates of your order
After placing your order, you will receive email updates about the status of your order. In the first email, you will find a link that allows you to track the progress of your order. Here you can see, for example, whether the order still needs to be processed or packed.
As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an email from the shipping company. In this email, you can find the track & trace information to see exactly where your order is. Also, check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
Order not delivered
Have you not received your order at all? Then please contact one of our customer service representatives immediately.
It is possible that something went wrong when placing the order. Therefore, make sure that when entering your payment details, you press "confirm" after each step. If this does not happen, the order may be in our system but not paid for, so nothing further will happen with it.
