Damaged item

There is a problem or damage to the received item

Have you received one or more products that are damaged during transport, or have you received an incorrect product? That is, of course, very unfortunate, and we are happy to help you as quickly as possible with a solution.

What you need to do

  1. Take clear photos immediately of the relevant product(s).

    • Make sure the damage is clearly visible.

    • If possible, also take a photo of the packaging and the shipping label.

  2. Contact our customer service via the contact form.

    • In the form, you can already (at the bottom) add a photo as an attachment. 

    • After you have submitted the form, you will receive an email from us asking you to send more images if necessary to better assess the damage.

  3. As soon as we have received the photos, our customer service will assess the damage, and you will receive a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Important information

  • Do not throw away damaged or incorrectly delivered products!
    It may be that we need to receive the item back to assess the damage or to exchange the product.

  • Keep the product and the packaging until you have heard from us about the next steps.

  • If the product is no longer in your possession and you cannot provide photos or proof, unfortunately, we cannot process the report further.
