An item is missing from your order
It is of course very frustrating if you notice that something is missing from your order. Sometimes smaller items are securely packed or glued inside the box to prevent damage during transport, making them not immediately visible. Therefore, always carefully check the inside of the shipping box and any larger packaging before contacting us.
Do you think an item is still missing? Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
Fill in the attached form completely. You can do this in an editing program on your computer, smartphone or tablet, or you can print it out and fill it in manually. If you fill it in manually, you can scan the form or take a photo of it and email it to us.
To help you as quickly as possible, we ask you to also:
Add clear photos of the received products
Include a photo of the packaging (including the shipping label if possible)
Our customer service will carefully review your report and will contact you as soon as possible with an appropriate solution.
