I am unable to place an order / make a payment

Problems with placing or paying for an order

Are you unable to place an order? This can sometimes be caused by cookies that block the ordering process. In that case, try deleting the cookies from your browser and placing the order again.

Also always check that all your details are correctly filled in, such as your address, email address, and payment information. Incorrect or missing details can prevent the order from being completed.
 

Problems with payment or checkout

Having trouble making a payment? Try clicking ‘Confirm’ after each step, including when selecting the payment method. In some cases, the order is created, but the payment is not successfully processed. This causes the order to remain unpaid, and it will not be shipped.
In that case, please contact our customer service immediately. We will be happy to check exactly what went wrong and inform you about the next steps.
