All of our products are indicated with a stock status. All items with the stock status 'in stock' are ordered on workdays before 9 pm and sent the same day. Articles that are not directly in stock generally have a delivery time of one to three working days. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we will wait until the order is complete before shipping it (this also applies to orders with personalized products). This is how we keep shipping costs low and our prices competitive.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders* placed before 9 pm will be dispatched the same day. The lead time for delivery is 3-6 business days.

*The above indications apply to items that are in stock. If products are not in stock, the shipping will be delayed by 1-3 business days. This will be indicated with the products and in the shopping cart. If products are ordered on Friday that are not in stock, they can only be sent on Tuesday at the earliest.

Was your order delivered late?

We understand this is very frustrating. However, it may occur that the carrier is busier than expected. Unfortunately, in such cases, we are not able to refund shipping costs.

Please note that while a delayed delivery is certainly inconvenient, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse or refund shipping fees, even with expedited services.
