If you changed your mind last minute, but already placed your order, it is only possible to have your custom items changed or canceled within a very brief timeframe, as our team works around the clock to have your customized goods ready to be shipped as fast as they can.
This means that once your personalized items have been printed or engraved, it is no longer possible to cancel (or return) your items, as we do not accept returns for personalized products.
If for whatever reason you need to adjust or cancel your custom order, make sure to contact our support team as soon as possible so our agents can check if this is still possible.
