Changing personalised items

Have you placed an order with personalised items and would like to make a change? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

It may be that the print shop has already started production of the personalised item, which means no changes are possible. In that case, unfortunately, we cannot make the change.

Would you like to change another product that is not personalised but is in the same order? Please also inform our customer service as soon as possible.
