You can return the products you purchased within 30 days after delivery. Be advised that the return costs are for your own account, these will not be reimbursed by us. After you have indicated to return one or more products, you can send back your goods by using a standard tracking shipping service.
You as the shipper are responsible to keep an eye on your tracking as it is being transported back to us. If you do make the choice to ship your goods back to us untracked, we hold no responsibility over the status of your parcel or the delivery process.
All Business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
There are 2 types of returns:
- Right of return within 30 days
- Return due to a defective or wrong product
1: Conditions of the right of withdrawal within 30 days
If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you can return the products without giving any reason and without any conditions. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the trader with all the accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

- There is no user damage visible, either on the product or on the packaging.
- There is no question of a tailor-made product, such as products that have been especially printed or processed for the customer.

*We advise you to return the product in its original packaging. This packaging serves to protect the product during transport so that you can return the product to us undamaged.
2: Return due to a defective or wrong product
Are your ordered items defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered? We will solve this for you as soon as possible!
You can register your return by uploading a photo of the issue you are experiencing with your good(s) by clicking here.
Your photos will be assessed by our returns department as we will resolve your issue/complaint through there.
Be advised that from the moment your parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, it may take up to 2 weeks before our returns department sorts, processes, and issues a refund for your returned goods after your goods have been thoroughly checked.
If the returned products meet the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the entire purchase amount, including the original shipping costs made when placing your order, to your bank, credit card, or PayPal account within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a credit invoice via email. If the returned product(s) does (do) not meet our return conditions, then the purchase amount will not be credited and we will contact you about this.
