What is Dartshopper's return policy?

Returning a product

Do you want to send your product back because you have changed your mind? That is of course possible!
At Dartshopper you have no less than 30 days to reconsider. That should be enough, right? Using that reconsideration period and returning your product is very simple.

For a full refund* it is important that the items are returned in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
Please note: personalised items (such as printed shirts or printed flights) cannot be returned.
Read below how it works and what the conditions are.

Step 1: Register your return via our returns portal.

Click here and enter your order number and email address and follow the steps.

Step 2: Prepare your return for shipping.

Pack the products neatly in the envelope or box in which you received the shipment. If you no longer have it, use another sturdy packaging.

Step 3: Take your package to a parcel point.

Take your package to the parcel point and keep your shipping receipt safe until we have fully processed the return! You will automatically receive an email once we have processed your return.

Step 4: Receive the full refund*.

You will receive your full refund* of the returned products back to your bank account, credit card or pay later account.

Please note! Do not just send a return to us without registering your return. This way you prevent your return from getting lost.

Does your return not meet the return conditions?
Then a depreciation of up to 40% may be applied. The reasons for this can be found at the bottom of this page.
We use the depreciation to restore the product to top condition.

You are only responsible for depreciation if you have used the product more than necessary to assess how it works or looks.
Is a product no longer repairable? Then we will send it back to you.

 

What is allowed, what is not?

Cut the tape to remove the product from the packaging Tear open the box to remove the product from the packaging
Look at and feel the product, as you would in a shop. Assemble, install, throw and/or use the product
Unpack a product and place it on a clean surface to examine Unpack a product, hang it up and/or use it.
Neatly take clothing out of the packaging to try it on. Cut the tags off the shirt and use the shirt for a match and/or tournament.
Take darts out of the packaging and feel/assess the grip. Unpack darts, assemble shafts and flights and use the darts.
 Unpack and look at the dartboard. Use the dartboard for a game of darts. 
 Unpack, look at and feel dart flights. Unfold dart flights and put them on a dart.

 

Other matters regarding returns:

Business orders

Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Would you still like to submit a return request? Then click here to contact our customer service. After reviewing the request, you will receive further information from us.
 

If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal (our reconsideration period is standard 30 days), you can return the products without giving any reason and without any conditions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. For the quickest possible processing of your return, we ask you to register the return via our returns portal. If you prefer not to use this, that is no problem for us. You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. The direct costs for returning the products are at your expense. Returns are always at your own risk, even if problems arise with the carrier.
 

The reason for the depreciation is shown on the credit invoice. Below are the reasons for possible depreciation of the return shipment.
