Personalised products, such as engraved darts, printed flights, shafts, or surrounds, cannot be returned.
Has your personalised product been delivered with a manufacturing defect? Then please contact our customer service immediately for an appropriate solution, and do not forget to include a clear photo of your complaint so that we can assess it.
Please note: you are personally responsible for providing the correct texts, images, and designs that need to be printed or engraved.
On the product page, you will find the specific guidelines that your design must comply with.
If the files provided deviate from these, the responsibility lies with the customer.
