Have you received a discount code? Then pay close attention to the validity period.
During promotions, this is stated with the promotion itself or in the email you receive about it.

Have you received a discount code from our customer service, for example, as compensation for a justified complaint?
Then it is usually valid for 12 months. Our staff always indicates until when the code can be used.

Please note that some products are excluded from discount promotions.

This is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be easily redeemed via our website.

Please note: you can only redeem one gift voucher or discount code per order.
