Use of gift vouchers

Our gift vouchers can be used once per order.
When a gift voucher has already been redeemed and no remaining value is left, the corresponding code is automatically deactivated and cannot be used again.

Are you not sure if you entered the code correctly?
Then check the email you received when purchasing the gift voucher, which contains the correct code. Also, pay attention to any spaces when entering it. 

Please note that gift vouchers have a validity period of 2 years, counted from the date of issue.
After this period, the (remaining) value of the gift voucher expires and can no longer be redeemed.
