Return and refund

When you return a product and choose money back, the amount will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order.

• If you paid part of your order with a gift card, you will receive this amount back in the form of a new gift card.

• The remaining amount will be refunded via the payment method you chose.

• Did you choose to pay afterwards? Then the invoice with the remaining amount will be closed.

Waiting for a refund

Once your return has been delivered to us, we have 14 days to check it and process the refund.

Haven't received anything after this period?

• First, check your bank statements, as the refund may already have been processed.

• Please note that we offer different payment methods, and our name may not be immediately visible in your overview. Therefore, check the amount and search for our name on the statement.

If, after 14 days, there is still no refund in your account or your invoice is not closed?
Please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you.
