Processing of gift vouchers for orders

The gift voucher or discount code is automatically applied to the entire order.
On the invoice, you can see which part of the amount was paid with the gift voucher.
The value of the gift voucher is proportionally distributed across all products in your order.

If you return one or more products, the portion of the gift voucher that was applied to these products will be made available again.
You will receive this credit in the form of a new gift voucher once your return shipment has been processed.

This way, the use of gift vouchers remains transparent and clear, and you can easily reuse the remaining credit for a future order.
