Changing the delivery address
Did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address when ordering and would you like to change it?
This can easily be done via our chatbot (at the bottom of the page).
Please note that changing your address may delay the processing of your order by up to one working day. You will receive an update by email once the change has been processed.
Address changes can be submitted exclusively via the chatbot and are only completed once our customer service has confirmed this. It may therefore happen that your order is already in the processing stage when you request the change, even if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.
If you use the contact form, we cannot guarantee that the change can still be made in time due to the fast logistics process.
If the order has already been shipped, you can of course use your right of return after receipt.
