Dartshopper provides a 1-year warranty on electronic products.

Do you think your product is defective or needs to be reset? Please contact our customer service.
Describe the problem as clearly as possible and, if possible, include photos or videos. This way, we can assist you faster and better.

For some electronic products, it may be necessary to contact the manufacturer directly. This is often the case with more advanced products such as Granboards or camera systems. The manufacturer usually has a special technical department that can read faults remotely, allowing the problem to be resolved more quickly.
