Problems with your Granboard or Gran Eye?

Do you have a Granboard or Gran Eye, and are you experiencing problems with the board or the camera? It may be that the dartboard needs to be reset or that there is a technical fault.

Because we collaborate with Gran-Darts to support our customers as much as possible, we recommend contacting Gran-Darts directly for technical questions or faults. Their technical department can often help you faster and, if necessary, investigate the problem remotely.
