Has your order been shipped, but you have not received it yet?
It may be that your order has been delayed due to the weekend, a public holiday, busy periods at the delivery services, or in our warehouse.

If you have not received anything five working days after your order and the tracking link no longer provides updates, please contact our customer service so that we can initiate an investigation with the delivery service.
