The order has been sent to the wrong address. What should I do now?

Did you provide us with the wrong address when placing your order? If this is a non-existent address, the parcel in question will in most cases be automatically returned to us by the postal carrier. Therefore, always keep a close eye on the tracking link. Has your order been delivered but not to the right address even though you provided us with the correct address details? In that case please contact our customer service so that we can start an investigation with the delivery service.
