Delivery Problems

My order is marked "delivered", but I have not received anything yet. What should I do now?

It is sometimes possible that an order already receives a scan from the delivery person, but has not yet been delivered. It is often delivered the next day or possibly to the neighbors. Therefore, always wait at least 24 hours after receiving the "delivered" mail and always check with your neighbors or anyone else within your household who may have possibly accepted its delivery.

If the order has not been delivered, we ask you to notify our customer service as soon as possible so that we can immediately start an investigation with our carriers. The faster we can forward the report, the faster we can solve the problem!
